We built a technology that changes the interview process by removing unconscious bias.

It’s done through live facial mapping which retains any unique attributes of the candidate as they speak (pattern, tone, facial expression), whilst also masking any visual cues of bias (age, sex, ethnicity).

The result is an androgynous, ageless and demographically homogenous avatar which all candidates use for their first interview.
